Smart Drivers
The Smart Drivers program is industrial training targeted to undergraduate students designed to provide university students with immersive industry exposure, focusing on learning through doing. This structured program includes mentorship, training, project-based assignments, and real-world involvement in daily operations across EON’s departments

Responsibilities / What you’ll do
- Support departmental functions through research, reporting, documentation, and contribution to problem-solving or small-scaled projects.
- Work closely with teammates, interns, and stakeholders through brainstorming, team meetings, and cross-functional collaborations to drive innovation and improvement.
- Proactively participate in internal events and initiatives, take on committee roles, and build connections across departments to enhance both learning and contribution.
Requirement
- Open to undergraduate students from any university
- Must be available for a minimum of 3 months, up to 6 months
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Excellent in education performance (SPM, Diploma and/or Degree)
- Strong interest in the automotive industry and innovation
- Great personality who can work proactively and independently
- Excellent extracurricular involvement
