ROMPIN – This year, EON continues its collaboration with SOLS Foundation on solar installations at Kampung Orang Asli. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to supporting cleaner renewable energy and contributing to the national carbon neutrality target by 2050.
The CSR consisted sponsorship of 33 units solar to the Kampung Orang Asli at Kg. Binjai, Rompin, Pahang. At the moment there is no electricity available to this village. The sponsorship will boost the community’s productivity and life condition specifically during the night time.
EON not only sponsor the solar panel but also provided four (4) logistic vehicles to transport the solar panel, helping in the installation and providing groceries pack to the 35 Kampung Orang Asli household.
