Introduction
EON SALES by Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad (EON) and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “us” or “EON”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information. We fully respect and protect your personal privacy and have developed this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) for your understanding.
This Policy applies only to the EON SALES app and its CRM services (hereinafter referred to as “the app”). It does not apply to products or services offered by third parties through the app. You should review those third-party terms and privacy policies separately.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
1.1 Security & Operations
To ensure secure operations and prevent threats such as phishing, fraud, or intrusion, we collect:
- Operation logs (e.g., IP address, access time, device logs)
This is essential for account risk detection, authentication, and legal compliance.
1.2 User Authentication and Login
We may collect the following data for internal user login and verification:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Password (of EON SALES)
- Company Name & Address
- Type of Business
- Number of Company Teams / Sales Desks / Stores
Alternatively, we may collect your phone number and one-time SMS code if you use dynamic login.
1.3 Permission Configuration & Access Control
To manage login rights and roles, we may also collect:
- Name, Email, Organization, Status, and User ID
2. Privacy Notice for External Sales Agents
1. Clarified User Type:
- These are part-time salespersons with no EON staff ID or EON-issued email address.
- They access the CRM app using personal emails and devices.
2. Data Collected from External Sales Agents:
- Full Name
- Personal Email Address
- Contact Number
- Location
- ID Number (NRIC/Passport)
- Photo (if applicable)
- Device Information (for security tracking)
3. Purpose of Data Collection:
- Identity verification
- Lead assignment
- Sales performance tracking
- CRM activity monitoring under EON supervision
4. Data Storage & Security:
- Data is stored on AVM cloud servers in Malaysia
- Protected under the same standards as internal users’ data
5. Data Sharing Scope:
- With relevant system developers and DRB-HICOM subsidiaries only
- For legitimate business purposes
6. Rights Granted to External Sales Agents:
- Access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and web beacons to:
- Authenticate users
- Prevent fraud
- Store user settings
- Track service usage
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this could affect functionality.

We will not share or transfer your data unless:

Your data is stored securely on AVM cloud servers located within Malaysia. We implement security measures including:

- Request data deletion (when legally permitted)
- Cancel your account (data will be deleted or anonymized)

7. Children’s Privacy
The EON SALES app is strictly for internal use by authorized personnel such as Sales Advisors, Assistant Sales Marketing, and Sales Managers. No external or underage users are permitted.

All data is stored on AVM cloud servers in Malaysia. If cross-border transfer is necessary, it will comply with relevant Malaysian laws.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated prominently. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
