EON Group adopts a zero-tolerance approach to any form of bribery and corruption. EON Group is fully committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability in all of EON Group’s businesses and operational activities by:

• Prohibiting the Board of Directors, Senior Management, employees, and business associates from being involved in any act of bribery and corruption;
• Complying with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (Act 694) and its amendments;
• Establishing, implementing, maintaining, reviewing, and continuously improving the ABAC programme within EON Group;
• Ensuring adherence to the requirements outlined in the EON Group’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Programme;
• Establishing and maintaining an independent Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption / Integrity & Governance function with the authority to oversee the design and implementation of the programme; and
• Encouraging all individuals to report, in good faith or based on reasonable belief, any suspected, attempted, or actual bribery, corruption, or improper conduct through DRB-HICOM Group’s whistleblowing channels.

 
This Statement reflects our commitment to prevent, detect and respond to any form of bribery and corruption while conducting businesses and operations. The Board of Directors, Senior Management, employees, as well as business associates shall read, understand, and comply with the EON Group’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy. Any breach or violation to this Policy shall be subjected to disciplinary and/or legal action.
